ABOUT ME

ANDY PILIDES

Coming from a sporting background, I have been training since the age of 8 years old in some shape or form. On a coaching level I’ve trained a vast variety of people ranging from the general public to the athletic population. I have also had the privilege of being coached by former Canadian Olympic Hammer thrower and well known Strength coach Derek Woodske, as well as many years being coached by top football professionals during my time learning the sport. Some of those coaches include Zoran Spiljak formerly of FK Partizan Belgrade, Martin Ling ex Leyton Orient player and manager, Danny Bailey formerly of Exeter City, Craig Maskell ex striker of Southampton FC and Pete Edwards former fitness coach of Nottenham Forest during the Nigel Clough era.

Philosophy:

I help people understand their bodies mechanics and marry the relationship between strength, nutrition, recovery and being healthy in everyday life. I like to educate my clients on how they can utilise this understanding to reach compositional and performance goals in the most sustainable ways possible. I believe the way in which I translate the science I have learnt is a true reflection of the many years I have spent learning about my own body and the experiences I have had with all my clients. This is why I set up More Than Muscle Ltd. To provide a service to the people, that provides London with Elite Personal Trainers, giving a service that is second to none.
